Description
Marble run machine is also known as Cog Coaster. It’s a roller coaster ride for marbles. This machine runs manually without any motors. The running mechanism is motion transfer using gears to lift to a height and then gravity takes over so the marbles again reach the same position where they can be elevated again. Two paths have been designed in this machine wherein the path changer alternatively directs the marble in two routes. In the swirl, the centrifugal force comes into action, the marble doesn’t fall off the swirl though on one side there is no support. Since this force is active it keeps the marble to be in constant contact with the swirl. It’s an infinity loop machine till we power it, the marbles will constantly run all over. Colorful marble running all over is very overwhelming. The marble run saga mechanical toy is indeed playful learning.
